Mine explosion kills 3 persons south of Al-Hasakah and Asayish prevents motorcycles in its controlled areas
Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: 3 persons at least were killed as a result of a mine explosion near al-Dwijiyyeh village in the countryside of Markadah town in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, while the General Command of Asayish Forces issued a statement and the Syrian Observatory received a copy of it, it reads:
“After receiving information about the possibility of carrying out suicide attacks by terrorist members targeting the safe civilians using motorcycles, and for the security imperative and to maintain the security and the safety of citizens; we call on the brothers who drive motorcycles with the following: not to roam within the cities and countryside of al-Jazeerah area to prevent terrorist attacks, starting on the morning of Monday the 30th of October, and this statement remains valid until a further statement is issued.”
