Damascus and the Eastern Ghouta and its districts are shelled continuously since today morning leaving more than 40 people killed and injured
Explosions are still taking place in the capital, Damascus, the Eastern Ghouta and its districts, as a result of ongoing shelling by the regime forces on the Eastern Ghouta, the capital and its districts, leaving tens of people killed and injured, where the SOHR documented the increase of the death toll in Jisreen and Misraba in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, rising to at least 10 people including 7 children, where 6 people including 5 children in shelling fell near a gate of a school in Jisreen town, while a man and his child and another man from the same family, in addition to another child were killed in shelling on Misraba town, while the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Haza and Kafrbatna in the Eastern Ghouta, and no information about causalities, and the shells targeted areas in cities and towns of Saqba, Harsata and Douma and Ein Tarma, leaving at least 10 people injured including children.
Areas in the center of Damascus and its districts were shelled. The shells targeted areas of Al-Kesa, Old Damascus, and Bab Sharqi and the neighborhoods of Al-Amin and Al-Abasyeen, causing material damage, and left 7 people injured, while several shells fell on places in Jermana area in the outskirts of the capital, leaving at least 6 people injured including 2 women and a doctor.
This escalation of shelling on the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, 24 hours after the entry of humanitarian aid to the besieged Eastern Ghouta, where the aid are still in the centers, where they were stocked, after they were unloaded from the trucks, and they are no distributed so far.
The Syrian Observatory for human rights published yesterday the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a humanitarian aid convoy to the Eastern Ghouta after several months of the entry of the last aid convoy to the area, where the humanitarian situation was worsening with the tight besiege by the Regime Forces and Russian Forces. The convoy included tens of trucks carrying foodstuffs, medicines, logistics and other supplies, and it entered from al-Wafedin camp near the Eastern Ghouta, where the Syrian Observatory published this morning that it is expected today the 30th of October 2017, that alimentary aid will be entered the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, where the humanitarian situation has been aggravated, as a result of clamping down on it greatly by the Russian forces, after the agreements with the faction of the Eastern Ghouta had failed,
The Syrian Observatory for human Rights published on the 29th of October that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned 12 people were killed including a child and 3 women and a media activist were killed in rocket shelling by the regime forces on places in Hammuriyya city, and other areas in Saqba city, and the shelling left injured people. The SOHR published on the 26th of October 2017, that it documented the death of 11 people who were targeted in Douma city which is controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam and which is its stronghold in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, and other areas in Saqba city and Ein Tarma town which are controlled by Al-Rahman Corps, in which 8 persons were killed including two children and a citizen woman as a result of the shelling on Douma city, while two men were killed by the shelling on Saqba city, and a child was killed in by the shelling by the regime forces on Ein Tarma town.
