Calmness prevails the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus after the death of 36 citizens during bloody week in Al-Ghouta and the humanitarian aid are still in the warehouses

Careful calmness prevails the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus after a bloody day witnessed in the Eastern Ghouta, in which the regime forces shelled intensively separate places in the area, which resulted in the death of 13 persons and 8 children, they are 8 citizens including 6 children were killed as a result of the fall of a shell fired by the regime forces at a gate of a school in Jisrayn town, and 4 citizens including a man and his son and another man of the same family and a child girl, were killed by shelling by the regime forces on areas in the middle of Misraba town, as well as a man was killed in shelling by the regime forces on an area in Ein Tarma town, and their death was documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights yesterday the 31st of October 2017.

These massacres which were carried out by the regime forces, are added to those ones which the regime forces carried out during the past few days, in which the Syrian Observatory documented in the period extended from the 26th of October 2017, until the 31st of October 2017, the death of 36 persons including 12 children, 4 citizen women and a media activist, they were killed as a result of the rocket shelling on areas in the cities and the towns of Douma, Saqba, Hamouriyah, Ein Tarma, Jisrayn and Masraba during the period mentioned above.

In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the humanitarian aid which entered the Eastern Ghouta on Monday the 30th of October 2017, has not distributed yet and it is still in the centers where it was stored after the load of trucks was emptied, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored then the entry of a humanitarian aid convoy to the Eastern Ghouta after several months of the entry of the last aid convoy to the area, where the humanitarian situation was worsening with the tight besiege by the Regime Forces and Russian Forces. The convoy included tens of trucks carrying foodstuffs, medicines, logistics and other supplies, and it entered from al-Wafedin camp near the Eastern Ghouta, where the Syrian Observatory published this morning that it is expected today the 30th of October 2017, that alimentary aid will be entered the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, where the humanitarian situation has been aggravated, as a result of clamping down on it greatly by the Russian forces, after the agreements with the faction of the Eastern Ghouta had failed, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that it is expected that the aid will be entered today to Saqba and Kafr Batna towns, and the sources suggested that it is expected that the emergency medical cases that need immediate treatment will be brought out of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, this comes after the movement that followed the aggravation of the humanitarian and medical situation as well as the presence of about 260  cases that were documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, including children and citizen women as a result of malnutrition and, lack of medicine, the shortage of treatment needed for the emergency and the lack of the medical specialties needed to treat the patients, and the medical and the local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory, that these 260 patients are in a need to be transported immediately to hospitals and medical centers out of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, to get the treatment, in an attempt to save their lives, or they will face the same destiny of tens of the children and the citizens of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, of who died affected by the drop of their health condition and the lack of medicine needed to save them.
