The regime forces shell Daraa city and shells hit Al-Quneitra countryside violating again the Syrian South truce

Areas in Al-Karak Al-Sharqi town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, in which Daraa province witnessed shelling and targeting by the regime forces during the past 24 hours, to the controlled areas of the factions in Daraa city and other areas in its countryside, in which the regime forces shell areas in the plains surrounding the town of Al-Hara in the countryside of Daraa, and there is no information about causalities, while the regime forces shelled the western areas of Al-Khawaby village in Al-Lajat area in the northeastern countryside of Daraa, and there is no information about injuries, and the regime forces shlled areas on the road linking between the towns of Al-Karak Al-Sharqi and Al-Masyfara and the vicinity of Um Walad village in the eastern countryside of Daraa, in conjunction with the regime’s heavy machinegun fire at Alma town in the same countryside, and there is no information about injuries and areas in Naba Al-Sakhar town in the central countryside of Al-Quneitra were shelled by the regime forces, and there is no information about injuries, where the escalation in breaching the truce came after the cautious calm in the province of Daraa and the Syrian south, in which the Russian – Jordanian – American truce agreement is implemented, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that Daraa province and its countryside as well as sections of Al-Quneitra countryside has been witnessing cautious calm since Monday the 30th of October 2017, intervened by targeting and exchange of fall of shells on the controlled areas of the regime forces and the controlled areas of the factions, in which this calmness comes after the continuation of the exchange of targeting and the fall of shells on the controlled areas of the factions and the controlled areas of the regime forces which are almost carried out daily, in continuous violations to the Russian – American – Jordanian agreement, in the Syrian South which has been put in effect since the 9th of July 2017, in which most of the violations are concentrated in Daraa city, where the regime forces shelled the positions of the factions in Daraa Al-Balad and the contact points, as well as the fall of shells on the controlled areas of the regime forces in the city, while the rest of targeting are distributed to the rest the cities and the towns of Daraa countryside, especially its eastern countryside, while the violations in the Al-Quneitra are concentrated in its middle section sporadically.

Al-Quneitra Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the factions opened fire of their heavy machineguns on areas in the outskirts of Jabah village in Al-Quneitra countryside, and no information about injuries was reported, in a new violation to the Syrian South truce which was put in effect in the provinces of Al-Quneitra, Daraa and Al-Suwaidaa, on the 9th of July 2017, with an American – Jordanian – Russian agreement.
