The shelling on Deir Ezzor countryside escalates and leaves tens of casualties and wounded and raises the number of the citizens who were killed and injured to about 3100 citizens during more than two months of shelling on the province

With the continuation of the military operations in Al-Bokamal city, the aerial and ground shelling is continuing on its countryside, in the eastern section of Deir Ezzor province, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today the 11th of November 2017, that warplanes believed to be Russian targeted al-Marashdah village in the countryside of Al-Bokamal City, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which resulted in the fall of a large number of injuries, and information about human losses caused by the bombardment, while warplanes believed to be Russian bombed during the last night, a camp of the displaced people of Al-Bokamal in Al-Safafnah area in the countryside of the city, which caused a massacre resulted in the death of 3 casualties and the injury of about 10 wounded, while the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries, while an area of a camp of the displaced people of Al-Sokkariyeh village, was shelled by a number of rocket shells, which sources suggested to be fired by the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, thus, the number of casualties who were killed and injured during more than two months of escalating the shelling on Deir Ezzor province, has increased to 823 citizens.

In which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented since the 10th of September 2017, the date of lifting the siege on their controlled areas in Deir Ezzor city, until today the 11th of November 2017, the death of hundreds of Syrian citizens, in which 823 citizens including 177 children below the age of eighteen, and 144 citizen women over the age of eighteen, were killed as a result of the bombing by the Russian warplanes as well as the International Coalition warplanes, and the shelling by the regime forces, they are 559 citizens including 109 children and 104 women, were killed by raids by the regime’s warplanes and helicopters as well as the Russian warplanes on Deir Ezzor city and its eastern and western countryside and areas in the east of the Euphrates River, and 40 citizens including 13 children and 7 women were killed by shelling by the regime forces on areas in Deir Ezzor and its eastern countryside, and 39 citizens including 4 children and 6 women, were killed as a result of executing and shooting them by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor and its vicinity and the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, and 185 citizens including 51 children and 27 women were killed by raids by the International Coalition warplanes on the eastern and the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, and this bombing resulted in great destruction in the infrastructure and the property of the citizens, and caused a large number of wounded, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the injury of about 2250 persons with varying degrees of severity, some of them have amputated limbs and permanent disabilities, while there are a number of missing whose fate is unknown till now, while some injures have been seriously wounded, which may raise the death toll, while the intensive raids resulted in the displacement of 100 thousand citizens from the villages extended from Al-Bomar town to Al-Bokamal and Al-Mayadin cities, including tens of thousands of children and citizen women, who left their houses in their villages, towns and cities, heading to Deir Ezzor desert, avoiding the intensive bombing accompanies by the Russian supported operations of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor, and “Al-Jazeera Storm” operation backed by the International Coalition, which were accompanied by the displacement of about 50 thousand citizens from the villages and the towns of Hatla, Al-Salihiyah, Marrat, Mazlum, Khesham, Tabyat Jazeera, Jadeed Bakkara, Jadeed Ekaydat, Al-Dahlah and Al-Sabha, in the eastern banks of  the Euphrates River to areas far from the shelling and the clashes.
