The factions which besiege Kafriya and al-Fu’aa target baskets thrown by cargo planes on both towns

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: cargo planes dropped baskets on the towns of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeast countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the factions which besiege the towns had targeted using heavy machine guns baskets dropped by parachutes, which damaged some of them.
