The SDF hand over 45 Russian children and women from ISIS families to Russia

The SOHR learned from several reliable sources that tens of families of members of ISIS, held by the SDF were hand over to representatives of Federal Russia, and in the detail obtained by the SOHR, children and women of ISIS members from the countries of Federal Russia, who hold Kazakh, Dagestan, Chechen and Russian nationalities, and are 45 children and women citizens were handed over.

This is the second time, where groups of families of ISIS members, who existed in Syria, were handed over. The SOHR documented on the 21st of October 2017 that 21 citizens from federal Russia were handed over; they are 14 children and 7 women, while other are being searched for in order to hand them over to Russia, and them move to their home lands.
