The fighting renews in areas in the east of the capital and the fall of a shell on Harasta city

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a mortar shell fell this morning, on an area in Harasta city in the Eastern Ghouta, fired by the regime forces, and no information about injuries was reported.

 

The clashes renewed between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against Al-Rahman Corps, in the area of Jobar – Ein Tarma, in the east of the capital Damascus and the out skirts of the Eastern Ghouta, following an attack by the regime forces on positions of Al-Rahman Corps in the area, accompanied by the fall of several mortar shells fired by the regime forces, on areas in the outskirts of Jobar neighborhood, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that violent clashes took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against Al-Rahman Corps, in areas in Jobar neighborhood, following an attack by the regime forces in Al-Manasher area in the neighborhood which is located in the eastern section of the capital, and the clashes were accompanied by intensive shelling by tens of shells on areas in the neighborhood, which targeted positions of Al-Rahman Corps and the contact lines between the both parties, while the fighting coincided with violent explosion rocked the area, caused by detonating a point of the regime forces by Al-Rahman Corps, through which the regime forces were trying to advance through a tunnel made earlier by Al-Rahman Corps, and the explosion resulted in the fall of casualties and injuries in the ranks of the both parties.
