After less than 24 hours of entering the aid into it, the regime forces shell the stronghold of Jaysh Al-Islam in the Ghouta
Rif Dimashq province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: explosions rocked Douma city, resulted from shelling of the regime forces on areas in the city, which is the stronghold of Jaysh Al-Islam in the Eastern Ghouta, causing material damage, and no information about causalities. The shelling of the regime forces came after less than 24 hours of the entry of humanitarian and food aid to Douma city in the Eastern Ghouta, besieged by the regime forces and their allied militiamen several years, while there is no information about human losses due to this shelling.
The SOHR published on Sunday the 12th of November that The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the convoy of humanitarian assistance that was parked in al-Wafedin camp area adjacent to Douma area at the outskirts of the Eastern Ghouta has entered the eastern Ghouta, where the 22-trucks-convoy has entered Douma city which is the stronghold of Jaysh al-Islam, and entry of this convoy came after the continuous shelling by the regime forces since morning on the outskirts of the capital and in the Eastern Ghouta, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of more than 22 shells on places in Beit Nayem town in Al-Marj area, which is controlled by Jaysh al-Islam, also the regime forces launched a shell on area in Arbin city, while the warplanes targeted areas in Zamalka city which is the stronghold of Rahman Corps in the Eastern Ghouta which caused injuries, also these warplanes carried out 5 raids at least on areas in Jobar neighbourhood and on the outskirts of Ein Tarma, no information about casualties, amid clashes of varying violence between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against Rahman Corps in areas in the vicinity of AlMotahalik AlJanobi from the sides of Jobar and Ein Tarma.
