345 raids, shells and missiles target the Eastern Ghouta during 24 hours accompany the violent fighting in the vicinity of the Vehicle Department and cause more than 60 casualties and wounded

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the explosions are still shaking the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus for about 24 hours and until now, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of the violent fighting since the noon of Tuesday the 14th of November 2017, between Liwaa Fajr al-Umma of the Islamic Movement of Ahrar Al-Sham against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, in the area of the Vehicle Department and its vicinity, near Harasta city in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, in conjunction with the continuation of the intensive shelling on the area, where the warplanes carried out 16 raids at least since this morning on areas in Harasta city and Mdyra town, thus, the number of raids that hit Harasta and Mdyra during the past 24 hours, has increased to 41 raids, in conjunction with intensive shelling on the area, thus, the number of shells that fell on the same areas since the noon of Tuesday, has increased to 230 shells, and the fighting caused more confirmed human losses in the ranks of the both parties, and Liwaa Fajr al-Umma managed to achieve advancement into the Vehicle Department and it took the control of points and quarters inside it, and it killed yesterday 17 members at least of the regime forces whose death was documented by the Syrian Observatory, including 5 officers, one of them is a brigadier.

Also the targeting to the other areas in the Eastern Ghouta are still continuing, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning, that the warplanes targeted Douma city which is controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam, by 3 raids, in conjunction with carrying out two raids on areas in Arbin city which is controlled by Rahman Corps, while the regime forces shelled areas in Douma city by 4 shells, in conjunction with shelling by two missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, which resulted in the fall of 5 injuries, while areas in Kafr Batna town were targeted, which resulted in the fall of 7 injuries at least, while the regime forces fired 2 missiles on areas in Hamouriyah city, in conjunction with shelling by 3 missiles targeted Saqba city, which resulted in the injury of 6 citizens.

Thus, the number of shells and missiles which targeted the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta, has increased to 65, as well as 4 raids hit areas in Arbin city, in which the regime forces targeted places in the cities and the towns of Douma, Masraba and Saqba, and a man was killed as a result of the fall of a shell fired by the regime forces this dawn in an area in Hamouriyah city, Arbin city also witnessed rocket shelling by the regime forces this morning, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored yesterday that the regime forces shelled areas in Arbin city which is controlled by Rahman Corps in the Eastern Ghouta, in conjunction with shelling on Masraba town as well as shelling targeted  areas in Hamouriyah city, , they also shelled places in the area of Ashari Farms, and Saqba city as well as areas between Hazza and Kafr Batna and Douma, which caused material damage, and the shelling during the past 24 hours resulted in the death of 5 citizens, in Hamouriyah, Arbin and the outskirts of Mdyra, while the shelling resulted in the injury of 56 persons at least including children and citizen women, some of them have seriously wounded.
