Clashes violently continue in the Eastern Ghouta and the regime forces shell it again with more than 22 shells and missiles

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces launched 2 missiles on areas in the cities of Saqba and Hammuriyyeh in the Eastern Ghouta which injured 6 citizens, also the regime forces targeted Mdira town and Harasta city with about 20 shells, which caused physical damage and more destruction to the infrastructure, in conjunction with the continuation of violent clashes within and around the Vehicle Department between the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, amid intense exchange of targeting between both Parties in these clash areas.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that for the third consecutive day the clashes continue in the Eastern Ghouta, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights continues to monitor the violent clash since Tuesday the 14th of November 2017 between the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them within the Vehicle Department and in its vicinity near Harasta city, which is is controlled by the Islamic Movement, in conjunction with the continuation of heavy shelling and clashes, which raised the death toll of the regime forces to at least 37 including 9 officers, and one of them is a brigadier, while tens of fighters of the Islamic Movement fighters were injured and killed in these clashes, the regime forces has also targeted using more than 65 shells on areas in the city and in the clash areas since this morning, raising to 420 at least, the number of shells that targeted Harasta, Mdira and the clash areas in the vicinity of Vehicle Department since yesterday, also it rose to 85 at least the number of raids carried out since Tuesday on the city of Harasta and Mdira town, while it rose to about 35, the number of raids that targeted the cities of Douma and Arbin in the same period, while it rose to 154 at least, the number of shells and missiles believed to be ground-to-ground launched by the regime forces and fell on the towns and cities of Ein Tarma, Hammuriyyeh, Saqba, Mesraba, Douma, Arbin, KafrBatna, Beit Sawa, Hazza and Ashari Farms.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented today the death of more citizens, where it rose to 14 including 4 children and a woman, the number of people who were killed in the aerial and artillery bombardment on the Eastern Ghouta, raising to at least 26 including 5 children and a woman, the number of persons who were killed in the past 48 hours since the noon of yesterday Tuesday, they are 14 citizens were killed today Thursday, 8 citizens were killed on Wednesday, and 4 others were killed on Tuesday, and the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the casualties who were killed today are 5 citizens were killed due to raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Arbin city, 3 children were killed by a shell on Biet Sawa town, a citizen woman was killed by rocket shelling on Douma and a man was killed by rocket shelling on Saqbq, and the casualties who were killed on Wednesday, are 4 citizens including two children they were killed by raids targeted areas in Arbin city and a man was killed by rocket shelling on Saqba city, and another was killed by rocket and artillery shelling on Hamouriyah city, and 2 citizens were killed by aerial and artillery shelling on Douma city, while the casualties who were killed on Tuesday are 2 citizens were killed in artillery shelling by the regime forces on Arbin city, and two others were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Mdira town, and the number of the wounded has increased to about 148 wounded at least including tens of children and citizen women, some of them are still in serious situation, which may raise the death toll.
