About 15 citizens were killed and injured today due to renewing the shelling on the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta raise the number of casualties and wounded to about 410 persons during a week of intensive shelling
Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Eastern Ghouta completed the 6th consecutive day of the military operations in it and the intensive aerial and ground shelling on its cities and town which left casualties and wounded, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces targeted Arbin city which is controlled by Al-Rahman Corps by 4 shells, which killed two persons including a woman and injured 6 others with varying degrees of severity, while the regime forces shelled fired a shell on an area in the outskirts of Beit Nayem town in Al-Marj area which is controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam, while the regime forces targeted Mdira town by a shell, which killed two persons and injured 4 others, while a man died affected by the injury he had by shelling by the regime forces this morning, on areas in Harasta city by about 40 shells, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.
Violent clashes are also taking place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the fighters of Liwaa Fajr al-Umma of the Islamic Movement of Ahrar Al-Sham, in area in the vicinity of the Vehicle Department near Harasta city, and other areas inside the Department, amid intensive targeting in the clash areas between the both parties, which caused more human losses in their ranks.
This increased death toll rising to 82 including 14 children under the age of eighteen, 8 citizens over the age of eighteen and 4 members of the Civil Defense, the number of people who have been killed since Tuesday the 14th of November 2017, where 5 citizens were killed today, Monday, they are a man and a woman were killed by artillery shelling on Arbin, and two others were killed by similar shelling on Mdira, and a man was killed by shelling by the regime forces on Hamuriya area, while 17 citizens were killed yesterday, Sunday, and they are 5 civilians including a child were killed in missile shelling on Douma city, and 4 citizen were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Mesraba town, and 6 citizens were killed in airstrikes on Mdira town, and a member of the Civil Defense was killed in a rocket shelling on Hamuriya, and a man died affected by an injury he had in the rocket shelling on Douma, while on Saturday at least 14 were killed including a child and 4 women; they are 6 casualties including 4 women who were killed in airstrikes on areas in Mdira town, 2 citizens were killed in airstrikes on areas in Harasta city, 4 citizens including a child were killed in missile shelling, believed to be ground-to-ground, on areas in Hazza town, 2 citizens were killed in missiles shelling in Hamuriya city, while 20 citizens were killed on Friday, as a result of shelling by the regime forces on areas in the Eastern Ghouta, while 14 citizens were killed on Thursday, 8 citizens were killed on Wednesday, and 4 others were killed on Tuesday, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the casualties who were killed today are 6 citizens including 4 citizen women were killed by raids on Mdira town, while the casualties who were killed on Friday are 7 citizens including 5 children and a woman were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Douma city, 3 members of the Civil Defense were killed by raids on Douma, 3 other citizens were killed by another raid on Douma city, 4 citizens including a chilled and a woman were killed by raids on Harasta city, and 3 citizens were killed by the bombardment on Arbin city, while the casualties who were killed on Thursday are 5 citizens were killed due to raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Arbin city, and a child died affected by the injury he had by shelling by the regime forces on Arbin city, 3 children were killed by a shell on Beit Sawa town, a citizen woman was killed by rocket shelling on Douma and a man was killed by rocket shelling on Saqba, and a young man was killed by shelling by the regime forces on Ein Tarma town, and two citizens were killed by shelling by the regime forces by missiles on Hamuriya city, and the casualties who were killed on Wednesday, are 4 citizens including two children they were killed by raids targeted areas in Arbin city and a man was killed by rocket shelling on Saqba city, and another was killed by rocket and artillery shelling on Hamuriya city, and 2 citizens were killed by aerial and artillery shelling on Douma city, while the casualties who were killed on Tuesday are 2 citizens were killed in artillery shelling by the regime forces on Arbin city, and two others were killed in shelling by the regime forces on Mdira town, and the number of the wounded has increased to about 328 wounded at least including tens of children and citizen women, some of them are still in serious situation, which may raise the death toll.
