At least 16 people were killed and injured in blast carried out by unknown people targeting Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham in Idlib city

Idlib province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: violent explosion rocked Idlib city that was resulted from an IED explosion in a car belongs to Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham in the Industrial Area in the outskirts of Idlib city, where 4 people were killed including a child, and at least 13 others injured with different severity, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions.
