Explosion targets a commander in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham hours after a similar explosion killed and injured about 20 persons

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: cargo planes dropped baskets on areas in Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya towns, in the north-eastern countryside of Idlib, inhabited by citizens of Shiite community, and an explosion was heard after the midnight of Sunday – Monday, in Basqala village in the southern countryside of Idlib, caused by an explosion of an IED in a vehicle of the commander of the “Islamic police” of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and no information about injuries was reported, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that violent explosion rocked Idlib city that was resulted from an IED explosion in a car belongs to Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham in the Industrial Area in the outskirts of Idlib city, where 4 people were killed including a child, and at least 13 others injured with different severity, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions.
