Squadron of warplanes carries out more than 250 airstrikes and the regime within 24 hours and the regime forces expand their control over 36 towns and villages in the northeastern countryside of Hama

Violent battles in the countryside of Hama and the regime forces continue their violent attacks to expand their control over the expense of Tahrir Al-Sham and the factions.

Violent battles take place between fighter of Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces backed by their allied militiamen of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities in the northeastern Hama countryside, where the violent clashes are accompanied by missile, artillery and aerial shelling. The SOHR monitored the regime forces advancing in the area and controlling 3 villages and a hill, and they also controlled by fire anther village. The three villages recently controlled by the regime forces area Um Trikia, Rajm Al-Ahmar and Al-Mushiarifa, in addition to controlling Al-Bulas hill, looking over Al-Shatib, which enabled the regime forces to take control over the village fire, amid an onoing attack by the regime forces and their allied militiamen in order to fully control Al-Shatib town. Thus, the regime forces expand their control over 6 villages within the past 24 hours. These villages are: Al-Zafariya, Al-Balil, Um Khazim, Um Tirikiya, Rajm al-Ahmar, Al-Mushayrifa and Bolas hill, expanding the control of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama to at least 36 villages since the start of their attacks on the 22nd of October. These villages are: Al-Zafariya, Al-Balil, Um Khazim, Um Tirikiya, Rajm al-Ahmar, Al-Mushayrifa, Bolas Hill, Al-Shahtiya, Al-Mastariha, Jub Abyad, Rasm Abu Myyal, Rasm Al-Sewan, Rasm Al-Sawy, Rasm Al-Ahmar, Rasm Al-Tina, Abu Lafa, Al-Mushairifa, Jawid, Hasrat, Khirbat Al-Rehjan, Hasnawy, Muwailh Shamali, Qasr Ali , Qasr Shawi, Tal Mahsar, Al-Rabi’a, Douma, Rabda, Hazem, Arafa, Marijab Al Jamlan, Al-Khafiya, Sham Al Hawa, Al Rahrhaah, Sarha, Abu Al-Ghor and Baghidid.

The SOHR monitored the escalation of aerial shelling since Sunday afternoon, following heavy airstrikes targeted the northeastern countryside of Hama, since today morning, where it rose to more than 134, the number of airstrikes that targeted the clash areas and villages controlled by the regime forces and other areas controlled by Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the factions.

Rising to at least 250, the number of airstrikes that targeted the area within the past 24 hours, while the clashes are still taking place in the vicinity of Al-Shakoziyah village, in an attempt by the regime forces to control it, and to distract the factions and Hayaat Tahrir Al-sham in more than a front to disperse their forces, and the SOHR monitored the flying of several squadrons consecutively in the sky of the northeastern countryside of Hama, that included warplanes shelling consecutively the northeastern Hama countryside.

This advancement and heavy airstrikes over the past days and weeks were accompanied with by wide-scale displacement of citizens, where cross sources confirmed to the SOHR that the most of the residents of the clash areas and nearby areas were displaced, some of them moves towards Idlib, while some others live in the streets in the countryside of Hama, where the violent battles in this countryside rose the number of displaced, rising to more than 58 thousand civilians who fled the clash areas and other nearby areas towards the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, and towards other areas in the northern countryside of Hama, while tens of civilians were killed and injured in artillery, missiles and aerial shelling, where the factions and Tahrir Al-Sham carried out rebel attack on Al-Bulail and Um Khazim in an attempt to prevent the regime forces from establishing their control in the area and to retake control over areas they lost.
