The regime forces shell areas in al-Shafa east of Euphrates and the clashes continue in the area

Deir Ezzor province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: the regime forces fired artillery and missiles shells at areas in the town of Al-Shafa, east of the Euphrates River, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, causing no material damage. There is no information about causalities, while clashes are taking place between the SDF backed by the International Coalition against ISIS in areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, amid an exchange of targeting between both parties, in an attempt by the SDF to advance and control more villages and towns, which are still under the control of ISIS in the eastern banks of the Euphrates River.
