Warplanes revenge on the attack of the factions in the north of Hama by targeting its towns and villages as well as the adjacent countryside of Idlib by more than 100 raids during 24 hours

Warplanes did not wait long, after the fighting had stopped in the northern countryside of Hama, and the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them recovered the positions they lost during the attack carried out by the rebel and Islamic factions and Jaysh Al-Osr led by Salah al-Din al-Shishani, to start their revenge on the attack, and escalated their raids targeting the northern countryside of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today the 18th of December 2017, that the warplanes carried out about 35 raids that targeted areas in the towns of Murak, Al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, and other areas in the vicinity of Zallaqiyyat village as well as places in Latmin village, in conjunction with rocket and artillery shelling by the regime forces, targeted the same areas, to raise the number of the raids that hit the northern countryside of Hama to 82 raids, during the past 24 hours, since the fighting started yesterday at noon and until now, as a result of an attack started by the factions, and the aerial and artillery strikes caused material damage to the property of the citizens as well as the fall of wounded.

In the same context, it rose to about 19, the number of the raids that hit areas in the southern and the eastern countryside of Idlib, during the past 24 hours, which targeted Khan Shykhun city, Tal Aas, Sinjar District, Mreijeb area and Tal Al-Amarah, and the raids, which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the shatter of fireballs of them when they are exploded in the air after being dropped, resulted in the death of 10 children and citizen women in Khan Shaykhun city, as well as the injury of others with varying severity, in addition to the damage to the property of the citizens in the areas of the bombardment.

It is noteworthy that reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that they suggest that this attack aims to achieve an advancement and hold the control of this advancement; in order to keep the regime forces busy and stop their advancement in the northeastern countryside of Hama and in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, after the regime forces were able to control tens of villages and areas in both countryside, they are: al-Hawiyyah, al-Syriatel Hill, Al-Shatib, Al-Zafriyyah, Al-Blil, Um Khazim, Um Trikiyyeh, Rajm al-Ahmar, Al-Musayfirah, Bolas Hill, Al-Shahatiyyah, Al-Mestriha, Jub Abyad, Rasm Abu Mayyal, Rasm Al-Sawwan, Rasm Al-Sawi, Rasm Al-Ahmar, Rasm Al-Tina, Abu Laffah, Al-Mshirfah, Jwi’eid, Hasrat, Khirbat Al-Rahjan, Hasnawi, Mweileh Shamali, Qasr Ali , Qasr Shawi, Tal Mahsar, Al-Rabiaa, Duma, Rabda, Hazem, Arafa, Mrijeb al-Jamlan, Al-Khefyeh, Sham Al Hawa, Al Rahraha, Sarha, Abu Al-Gher and Baghidid.
