Tahrir Al-Sham and the factions work on repelling the advancement of the regime forces and their allies which became 12 km away from Khan Shaykhun city after they controlled 60 towns and villages at least in Idlib and Hama countryside

Massive displacement witnessed in the southern countryside of Idlib after the regime forces and their allies advanced and the continuation of the intensive aerial and ground shelling

The fierce clashes and the counter attacks are still continuing violently between the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, in which the clashes are heading towards the southern section of Idlib countryside, and the regime forces’ advancement today and taking the control of Atshan village, enabled them to approach Sukayk town and Khan Shaykhun city, in which they became at a distant of about 12 km away from it, amid violent clashes and fighting, due to the continuation of the regime’s attack, and following the start of a counter attack by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the faction in order to stop the advancement of the regime forces and regain the control of Atshan Village, while the fighting coincides with intensive and violent shelling and exchange of targeting in the clash areas between the both parties.

These ongoing clashes enabled the regime forces to advance and take the control of more areas in which they took the control of the areas of Al-Salumiyyah, Al-Jadu’iyyah as well as Tel Zaatar to increase their scope of control to 60 villages, towns and areas they are: ((Al-Salumiyyah, Al-Jadu’iyyah, Tel Zaatar, Atshan, Tell Maraq, Abu Omar, Al-Hamdania and its nearby station, Al-Naseriyah, Abu Dali, Al-Mshirfah, Djaj, Tama, Al-Maghara, al-Ward Hill, Al-Makta Hill, Umm Haratin, Tal Tawila Mahmoud, Ras Al-Ain, Qabibat, Tel Aswad, al-Hawiyyah, Al-Rweideh, al-Syriatel Hill, Al-Shatib, Al-Zafriyyah, Al-Blil, Um Khazim, Um Trikiyyeh, Rajm al-Ahmar, Al-Shahatiyyah, Al-Mestriha, Jub Abyad, Rasm Abu Mayyal, Rasm Al-Sawwan, Rasm Al-Sawi, Rasm Al-Ahmar, Rasm Al-Tina, Abu Laffah, Al-Mshirfah, Jwi’eid, Hasrat, Khirbat Al-Rahjan, Hasnawi, Mweileh Shamali, Qasr Ali , Qasr Shawi, Tal Mahsar, Al-Rabiaa, Duma, Rabda, Hazem, Arafa, Mrijeb al-Jamlan, Al-Khefyeh, Sham Al Hawa, Al Rahraha, Sarha, Abu Al-Gher, Hasnawi and Baghidid)).

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored intensive shelling by explosive barrels on places in the area between Maarat Shurin and Tell Mannas villages and places in Tal Mardikh area near Saraqeb amid raids and artillery and rocket shelling on Sukayk and Al-Taman’aa towns in the southern countryside of Idlib and Al-Lataminah town north of Hama, and other areas in the section extended from north of Hama to east of Idlib, and the area and Khan Shaykhun city witnessed displacement of hundreds of citizens towards other areas far from the place where the shelling and raids are carried out, and with the continuation of shelling it rose to more than 1270 shells and missiles, about 335 raids carried out by the warplanes, and more than 511 explosive barrels dropped by the helicopters, the number of raids, barrels and shells which the regime forces carried out, dropped and fired on the areas of Sukayk, Al-Taman’aa, Khan Shaykhun, Al-Lataminah, Atshan, Al-Mshirfah, villages in Sinjar Township, Babuline, Tell Maraq, Al-Hamdania, Abu Omar, Um Haratayn, Kafr Amim, Murak, Kafr Zita, Saraqeb, Tahtaya, Jarjnaz, Sarman, Al-Khwaiyn, Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside, Tell Touqan, Sahyan, and other villages, residential communities and towns in Hama and Idlib countryside, which caused a large number of citizens and fighters during the past 5 days, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the death toll has increased to 43 citizens who were killed during 5 days of the intensive shelling, including 12 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, and the injury of more than 77 citizens with varying severity, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, while the SOHR has documented the death of 57 fighters at least of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions who were killed in these clashes and in the aerial and ground shelling, as well as the death of 46 members at lest of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, also tens members in the ranks of the both parties were injured with varying severity.
