Hours after the surrender of 40 ISIS members to the SDF east of the Euphrates, 25 persons detained during and after Al-Raqqa battle were released

Raqqa province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: several reliable sources told the SOHR that the SDF and the internal security of Raqqa released more than 25 persons of people detained by them during the Grand Battle of Al-Raqqa, who were accused of approaching and cooperating with ISIS and working in their ranks, where these detainees were arrested in separate times and were imprisoned pending investigation and they were released today. Al-Raqqa witnessed previous releases of groups of detainees in the prisons of the SDF and Asayish Forces, who were also accused of similar charges.

This releasing comes hours after surrender of more than 40 members of ISIS to the Asayish Forces  on the fronts at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where the SOHR published yesterday that several reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that tens of members of the “Islamic State” organization on the banks of the eastern Euphrates had surrendered themselves to the Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: more than 40 members of the “Islamic State” organization have surrendered themselves to “Jazeera Storm” Operation Forces, during the violent clashes east of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where they were transported by vehicles of the Syria Democratic Forces to areas in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the cars were seen moving them towards al-Hasaka Province via the north of Deir Ezzor.​
