The warplanes bomb Abu Al-Duhur Airbase and the eastern countryside of Idlib and shelling by tens of shells accompanies the calm of fighting in the contact areas between the regime and the factions

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: violent explosions rocked areas in the eastern section of Idlib countryside, caused by raids carried out by warplanes targeting areas in the eastern and the south-eastern countryside of Idlib in conjunction with artillery and rocket shelling which target areas there, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the warplanes carried out more than 17 raids on areas in Abu Al-Duhur Military Airbase, Jarjnaz, Sinjar and Al-Tah in the eastern and the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, amid bombardment by explosive barrels on areas in Sheikh Baraka, near Sinjar, in conjunction with intensive and rocket shelling on areas in Al-Tah and Jarjnaz towns as well as other places in Sinjar area, raising to about 75, the number of shelled fired by the regime forces on the eastern countryside of Idlib since after the midnight and until now, while the contact areas between the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions, have been witnessing a calm at terms of fighting, with the exception of exchange of targeting from time to time, and the shelling on the eastern countryside of Idlib resulted in the fall of injuries, also areas in Jisr Al-Shughur city in the western section of Idlib countryside, were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the operations of the regime forces backed by their allied militiamen of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities led by Brigadier Suhail Al-Hassan in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, where they continue targeting the villages and towns of this countryside to open the road for their forces to advance, where these forces managed to advance in the areas of Al-Qasr Al-Abyad, Al-Hiqiyah, Rabia Mousa, rising to 10, the number of villages and farms controlled by the regime forces in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, while eha targeting operation are still ongoing in the areas in conjunction with the withdrawal of the factions as a result of the heavy shelling, amid ongoing attempts by the regime forces to achieve further advancement in several villages and towns, expanding their controlled areas and rising to 80, the number of villages, towns and areas controlled by the regime forces since the 22nd of October 2017, which are Al-Qasr Al-Abyad, Al-Hiqiyah, Rabia Mousa, Fahil Jallas, Um Rajm, Shaqfeh, Swayrat, Rasm Elabed, Al-Lobaydeh, Mushrifah Shamaliyah Al-Niha, Tel Umm Al-Khalakhil, , Mushyrifa Al-Gooan, Um Sahrij and its station, Al-Daribiya, Mushrifa Shamaliya, Al-Lwaibda, Rasm Al-abd, Swairat, Shakfa, Um Rajm, Fahil Jalas, Rabia Mousa, Al-Hakiya, Al-Qasr Al-Abyad, Al-Hamdiniya and its stations, Al-Nasriya, Abu Omar, Tel Marq, Atshan, Tel Zaater, Al-Gadoia, Al-Salumiya, Al-Khawin, Al-Zaror, Sham Al-Hawa, Um Al-Khalkhil, Qabibat Um Al-Hoda, Tel Aswad Ras Al-ain, Tel Tawila Mahmoud, Umm Haratin, Tel Al-Maktaa, Al-Maghara, Al-Tama, Al-Dajaj, Al-Mushayrifa, Abu Dali,Al-Hawia, Tel Al-Syriatel, Al-Shatib, Um Trikiya, Rajm Al-Ahmar, Al-Zafriya, Al-Bulail, Um Khazim, Abu Al-Ghar, Baghdid, Abu Lafa, and Al-Mushayrafa, Al-Shahtiya, al-Mestriha, Jub Abyad, Rasm Abu Myal, Rasm Al-Swan, Rasm Al-Sawy, Abu Al-Ghar, Rasm Al-Ahmar, Rasm al-Tina, Jawiad, Hasrat, Kharbat Al-Rahjan, Hasnawy, Mwailah Shamali, Qasr Ali, Qasr Shawy, Tel Mahsar, Al-Rabia, Douma, Rabda, Al-Hazm, Arafa, Marijib Al-Jamlan, Al-Khafiya, Marijab Al-Jamlan, Sham Al-Hawa, Al-Rehraha, Sarha, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Thursday that it monitored that the regime forces reached at a distance of about 4 km from Sinjar town in the eastern section of Idlib countryside, and it is an important town because it enables the regime forces to take it as a position where they can located and a starting point from which they start their future operations in Idlib countryside, the town was targeted by the regime forces and warplanes and helicopters with villages related to it by tens of raids, explosive barrels, shells and missiles, which left tens of civilian casualties and wounded during the past few days, while the regime forces are continuing their intensive shelling to advance deeply in less time and with the least possible losses in the ranks of their forces or their allies.
