Clashes in the outskirts of the capital and fighting in the northern countryside of Homs
Damascus Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the clashes renewed in the area separates between Yalda and Al-Hajar al-Aswad in the south of the capital, between the rebel and Islamic factions against the “Islamic State” organization, amid hit-and-run operations in the area, accompanied by exchange of targeting and shelling, and primary information about human losses in the ranks of the both parties.
Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: clashes took place last night, in areas west of Talbiseh city in the northern countryside of Homs, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, without information about casualties.
Daraa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which swore Allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization in Yarmouk Basin in the western countryside of Daraa, issued new instructions limiting the movement of the citizens in the area and getting out of it, in which activists in the Syrian Observatory monitored that Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed did not let the citizen women to get out of its held areas with the exception of having a “medical report”, and it also prevented the residents to move around its controlled areas except when they had a “Sharia Card”.
