180 days of escalating the shelling on the besieged Ghouta leave 190 civilian citizens at least including 93 children and citizen women due to the raids and the ground shelling

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the warplanes carried out raids this morning targeting areas in Arbin city controlled by Al-Rahman Corps in the Eastern Chouta, in conjunction with artillery shelling targeted areas in the Eastern Ghouta, while a child died affected by the injury he had due to earlier rocket shelling by the regime forces on areas in Douma city in the Eastern Ghouta, thus, the death toll has increased to 190 citizens including 54 children and 39 citizen women, of who were killed since the 29th of December 2017 as a result of targeting the Eastern Ghouta by hundreds of raids and hundreds of artillery and rocket strikes, and the casualties are 128 citizens including 41 children, 31 citizen women and a male nurse, they were killed in raids by the warplanes on areas in Harasta city controlled by the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham and raids on Madyara town as well as the cities of Saqba, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin, and 62 citizens including 13 children and 8 citizen women and 2 male nurses were killed by artillery and rocket shelling targeted areas in Beit Sawa town, the cities of Harasta, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin as well as the towns of Kafr Batna, Mesraba, Al-Nashabiyah and Otaya.

 

It is noteworthy that the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus witnesses daily aerial, artillery and rocket shelling, by the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them and by warplanes, which result every day in the fall of human losses of citizens besieged inside the towns and the cities of the Eastern Ghouta, in which this ongoing fighting coincides with the continuation of the military operations and the violent clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the Islamic factions of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar Al-Sham, AL-Rahman Corps, and Jaysh Al-Islam, in areas in the Vehicle Department, near the governorate building, in the outskirts and the vicinity of Harasta city, and in the farms stretched between Douma and Harasta cities, in addition to the fighting in areas in Al-Marj area.
