Hama Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 4 citizens at least were killed by shelling by the regime forces on areas in Kafr Zita town, in the northern countryside of Hama, and the casualties include 2 children and a citizen woman, and the artillery shelling injured other citizens with varying severity, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries.
