The renewed airstrikes on the Eastern Ghouta kill more citizens and raise the death toll to 193 persons since the start of escalating the aerial and ground shelling

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Saqba city in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, were shelled by the regime forces, which resulted in the injury of 7 persons at least, while the regime forces fired 3 shells on areas in Misraba town controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam, which killed a citizen and injured 4 others with varying severity, and the regime forces shelled areas in Otaya town in Al-Marj area by 6 shells at least which caused material damage, while it rose to 10 at least, the number of raids which targeted areas in Arbin city, which caused more material damage, while a child was killed and 4 others were injured with varying severity by shelling by the regime forces on areas in Hamouriyah city, and the regime forces also targeted areas in Douma city which injured 7 citizens, and the warplanes carried out 14 raids at least targeting areas in Harasta city controlled by the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham, while a child died affected by the injury he had due to shelling targeted areas in Douma city yesterday, and the regime forces also shelled areas in Harasta city by several artillery shells.

And with the death of more citizens by the artillery shelling and the daily escalation on the Eastern Ghouta for the 18th consecutive day, the death toll has increased to 193 citizens including 56 children and 39 citizen women, of who were killed since the 29th of December 2017 as a result of targeting the Eastern Ghouta by hundreds of raids and hundreds of artillery and rocket strikes, and the casualties are 128 citizens including 41 children, 31 citizen women and a male nurse, they were killed in raids by the warplanes on areas in Harasta city controlled by the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham and raids on Madyara town as well as the cities of Saqba, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin, and 65 citizens including 15 children and 8 citizen women and 2 male nurses were killed by artillery and rocket shelling targeted areas in Beit Sawa town, the cities of Harasta, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin as well as the towns of Kafr Batna, Mesraba, Al-Nashabiyah and Otaya.
