Since the morning, about 145 raids, rockets and missiles have been launched on the Eastern Ghouta, the civilians’ death toll rises to 195

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the pace of artillery and missile shelling by warplanes on the eastern Ghouta have escalated, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored launched 16 missiles at least believed to be ground-to-ground on areas in Arbin city which is controlled by Rahman Corps, in conjunction with launching more than 30 artillery and rocket shells on the city and its outskirts, while it rose to about 15, the number of raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Arbin city , also the regime forces launched 2 shells targeting areas at the outskirts of the towns of Jesrin and KafrBatna, causing material damage but no information about casualties, while it rose to 26 at least, the number of raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Harasta city, while it rose to 11, the number of missiles launched by the regime forces on areas in the city, coincided with launching about 30 shells on areas in Harasta city.

The regime forces also launched at least 6 shells on areas in Madyara town, also the regime forces targeted by shells at least areas in Ein Tarma town in the western outskirts of the Eastern Ghouta, while the regime forces shelled areas in Douma city by 5 shells which caused material damage, while it rose to 6, the number of persons who were killed and documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights today, Monday, and they are: a man was killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in Madyara town, a man was killed in artillery shelling on Harasta, another man was killed in artillery shelling on Mesraba, and a child was killed in the fall of shells on Hamuriya city, another child died affected by a injuries he had in previous shelling on Douma city, also another child died affected by injuries he had in artillery shelling yesterday on Douma city.

And with the death of more people it rose to the death toll to 195 citizens including 56 children and 39 citizen women, of who were killed since the 29th of December 2017 as a result of targeting the Eastern Ghouta by hundreds of raids and hundreds of artillery and rocket strikes, and the casualties are 128 citizens including 41 children, 31 citizen women and a male nurse, they were killed in raids by the warplanes on areas in Harasta city controlled by the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham and raids on Madyara town as well as the cities of Saqba, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin, and 67 citizens including 15 children and 8 citizen women and 2 male nurses were killed by artillery and rocket shelling targeted areas in Beit Sawa town, the cities of Harasta, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin as well as the towns of Kafr Batna, Mesraba, Al-Nashabiyah, Otaya and Mesraba.

In the same context, violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces supported by the gunmen loyal to them against fighters of Rahman Corps, in areas at the outskirts of Arbin city near the Governorate Building, and the clashes were accompanied by intense shelling by the regime Forces on the clash areas, where the regime forces are trying to advance in the area, and the Syrian observatory published hours ago that the regime forces managed to achieve advancement during the past 24 hours in Al-Marj area in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, where violent clashes took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the fighters of Jaysh Al-Islam, following a new attack by the regime forces in the vicinity of the strategic hill of Farzat, though which they managed to achieve advancement and take the control of 3 farms in the area, and the clashes were accompanied by exchange of targeting between the both parties.
