About 10 civilians and fighters were killed and in the targeting of al-Rastan and in clashes around it and shelling targets north of Hama

Homs province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire on areas in al-Rastan city which injured several people including a woman, while 4 fighters at least of al-Rastan area’s factions were killing in targeting by the regime forces, and in clashes between both parties in the vicinity of the city, which is located in the northern countryside of Homs.

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for human Rights: areas in al-Lataminah town were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage but no information about casualties yet.
