Clashes continue violently in the eastern the countryside of Idlib with artillery and rocket shelling causing damage and injury

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for human Rights: places in the vicinity and outskirts of Bidama town in the western countryside of city Jisr Al-Shughur, were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, also the regime forces shelled places in Kafr Emym town in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage and injured citizens, the regime forces also targeted by missile believed to be ground-to-ground areas in Saraqib town, located in the eastern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with an aerial bombardment targeted the area, causing material damage and injuring at least 2 persons, also SOHR received confirmed information that a hospital went out of service due to the damage it suffered during the shelling on the town, also some of the hospital staff were injured.

In the same context, the violent clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the rebel and Islamic factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, in areas in the eastern countryside of Idlib, where the Syrian Observatory for human rights monitored the clashes concentrating near Abu al-Duhur Airbase, after a counterattack by the regime forces against the attack of the factions hours ago, which aim to control of the airbase, the regime forces managed to advance in the area and restored locations they lost during the attack, the clashes were accompanied by heavy artillery and missile shelling between both parties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and their allied militiamen of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against fighters of Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham, the rebel and Islamic factions and the Turkistan Islamic Party in areas in the vicinity of Abu Duhur military air base following an attack by fighters of the Turkistan Islamic parties, the Hayaat and the factions in an attempt by them to regain control over the airport, after more than 48 hours of losing it, and the control of the air base by the regime forces came 2 years and half after losing it, and the violent clashes were accompanied by 2 car bombs in the area, while the clashes coincided with an exchange of targeting between both parties.

The SOHR learned that violent clashes coincided with heavy and violent shelling, killing at least 24 members of the regime forces and their allies of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, and injuring others with different severity, while Tahrir Al-Sham, Turkestan Islamic Party and the factions managed to advance to the western and southwestern outskirts of the air base and the factions are trying to besiege the regime forces inside it or force them to withdraw through advancing in the vicinity of the base and monitor it from high hills surrounding it, and there is confirmed information about human losses in both ranks.
