In a revenge for killing 16 members and officers of them in Latakia mountains…the warplanes carry out a massacre in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside in Idlib province

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 6 citizens including a man, his wife and two of her brothers, were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes by targeting Sanqra area in the countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city, in the south-western section of Idlib countryside, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned form intersected sources, that the bombardment resulted in the death of a number of the fighters of an Islamic faction due to targeting the area where their headquarters is located in Sanqra area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that it documented the death of 16 members and officers of the regime forces in the mountains of Latakia, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; 16  members at least of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them including officers, were killed in the clashes which took places about 48 hours in areas in Talat Al-Sarraf in Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, as a result of a surprising attack carried out by a group of fighters of the factions operating in the area, the attack also resulted in the fall of injuries in the ranks of the regime forces, as well as the presence of human losses in the ranks of the attackers, in which this shelling pushed the regime forces to escalate their targeting to the western section of Idlib countryside, where the shelling targeted areas in Jisr Al-Shughur city and the villages and the towns of Bdama, Al-Najiyeh, Hambushiyah, Marj al-Zohur, Al-Shegher, and the areas on the border with the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, and other areas in Jabal Al-Akrad, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning, shelling by warplanes targeted areas between the towns of Ariha and Jisr Al-Shughur, where the shelling targeted the areas of Muhambal, Bsanqul, Enata and Sanqra, in conjunction with artillery shelling targeted areas in Hambushiyah village and the towns of Al-Nahl and Najiyeh, and no information about casualties was reported yet.
