Violent clashes in areas in Yarmouk Basin in the western countryside of Daraa
- Daraa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: violent clashes took place after the midnight of Sunday – Monday, in places in the area of Yarmouk Basin in the western countryside of Daraa, between the rebel and Islamic factions against Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, where the clashes were concentrated in the east of Adwan town, following an attack by the latter on the factions’ positions, and the clashes were accompanied by intensive and exchange of shelling between the both parties, in which the members of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed managed to advance and take the control of Al-Ruba’i checkpoint for hours before it withdrew from it, and confirmed information about casualties as a result of the shelling and clashes between the both parties.
