After yesterday’s massacres, the warplanes kill besieged people in the Eastern Ghouta claiming the lives of 16 civilians and injuring tens of them

Rif Dimashq province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights::: the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus witness artillery, missile and aerial shelling since Tuesday morning the 6th of February 2018, where the warplanes targeted areas in the city of Harasta and other places in Hazza town, causing injuries, and resulted in the death of a child in Harasta city, and the regime forces also shelled areas in the city of Hamuriyah, resulting in the death of at least 4 citizens including a child and a woman and left others injured. The regime forces also shelled areas in Douma city, the stronghold of Jaysh Al-Islam in the Eastern Ghouta, causing injuries, and the warplanes also shelled areas in Kafrbatna town, resulting in the death of at least 4 citizens and injured others, and a man and a woman were killed and others were injured as result of warplanes shelling on areas in the city of Saqba. Warplanes also targeted areas in the city of Zamlka, the main stronghold of Al-Rahman Corps and other places in the town of Adira, injuring 2 women, and the regime forces also fired several shells at the town of Ein Tarma, and no information about injuries, and the warplanes also targeted areas in the city of Arbin, killing 5 persons and injuring others, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of tens of injured people in serious conditions.

The SOHR published yesterday that it has increased to at least 7 including 2 child girls, the number of casualties who were killed in the massacre carried yesterday by warplanes by targeting places in Haza town in the Eastern Ghouta, increasing in turn to 31, the number of the casualties whose death was documented yesterday the 5th of February 2018, by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, and the casualties are: a citizen woman died affected by the injury she had as a result of artillery shelling which targeted Douma city yesterday, a citizen was killed in artillery shelling on areas in Douma city, 10 persons including 2 citizen women and 2 children, who were killed in bombardment by warplanes on a market in Beit Sawa, 9 persons including 2 child girls, a citizen woman and the leader of the Civil Defense Centre, were killed in a massacre carried out by the warplanes in Arbin city after targeting it by 15 raids, 6 persons including 2 child girls were killed in a massacre carried out by targeting an area in Hazza town by a raid, 2 persons one of them is a child were killed by 2 raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Zamalka city, and a citizen was killed due to 3 raids carried out by warplanes on Hamouriyah, while the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of more than 70 injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, and some others have permanent disabilities.
