On the border with the occupied Golan… the first “stoning” in public carried out by an army pledges allegiance to the organization

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that an army pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization carried out the first stoning against a woman near the Syrian border with the occupied Golan, and the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory; the woman who is from Daraa countryside, and who is the wife of a former fighter in Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, had been arrested before her husband escaped, on charge of “adultery”, which led her husband -the former fighter in Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed- to flee to the factions’ controlled areas, before “stoning” is carried out against her during the past 24 hours, where she died during this “stoning”

This is the first “stoning” in public to be carried out in Yarmouk Basin in the western countryside of Daraa, with the border of the occupied Golan, by this army which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, which carried out several stoning in the Syrian territory, the first was a stoning against a 26-year-old widow, which carried out in Al-Tabqa city, in the western countryside of Al-Raqqah province, on charge of “adultery”, where the woman was brought at that time after the evening prayer on the 17th of July 2014, to the market in the city, and she was stoned until death.
