15 raids and rocket strikes kills about 10 citizens and fighters in Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in the southern section of Idlib countryside

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the warplanes carried out intensive raids on Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in the southern section of Idlib countryside, where these warplanes targeted areas in the city this evening, by more than 13 airstrikes as least, in addition to the fall of 2 missiles believed to be Ballistic on places in Maarrat Al-Nu’man, and the aerial and rocket shelling resulted in the fall of human losses and caused great material damage to the property of the citizens, where the SOHR documented the death of 8 persons they are 3 men and 5 members of the free army of Idlib, the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of injuries and missing people under the rubble including children, citizen women and fighters of the factions, amid the continuation of the rescue teams to extract the stuck people under the rubble.
 
Thus, it has increased to 244 citizens including 71 children and 46 citizen women, the number of the citizens whose death has been documented by the Syrian Observatory in the bombardment by the warplanes and helicopters, and by the shelling by the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on areas in Idlib countryside, since the 25th of December until today the 7th of February 2018, while tens of others were injured with permanent disabilities and sever injuries, which may increase the death toll, and the shelling also caused destruction of hundreds of houses and shops and properties.
