After 72 hours of killing…the Eastern Ghouta witnesses a new bloody day and the airstrikes leave about 75 civilian casualties and wounded in its towns and cities

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the aerial, rocket and artillery shelling is continuing targeting the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, which witnessed several massacres during the past 3 days, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the warplanes targeted the area between Madyara and Mesraba towns, which resulted in the death of a citizen woman and the injury of about 15 others with varying severity, including children and citizen women in conjunction with a raid targeted areas in Beit Sawa town, which resulted in the death of a citizen and the injury of 8 others at least, while the warplanes carried out a raid which targeted areas in Hazza town which killed a citizen and injured 5 others with varying severity, while the warplanes carried out a raid at least on areas in Arbin city, which killed 3 citizens and injured 11 others including children and citizen women, while areas in Harasta city were targeted by 3 raids at least, which injured 6 citizens, while the regime forces shelled areas in Harasta city by 10 shells at least, and the regime forces also shelled areas in Douma city, by several artillery shells, while the warplanes targeted areas in Saqba city, which caused material damage, and killed 3 citizens they are 2 children and a citizen woman as well as the injury of 16 others with varying severity, while the warplanes bombed areas in Ein Tarma town by a raid, which resulted in the injury of 4 citizens.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that with the death of more citizens in the Eastern Ghouta, it rose 150 persons at leas including 38 children and 26 citizen women, the number of the casualties whose death was documented during the past 72 hours, by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, as a result of the intensive aerial, rocket and artillery shelling on the Eastern Ghouta, where most of the citizens were killed in the airstrikes which targeted the Eastern Ghouta, as the SOHR documented yesterday the death of 38 citizens including 12 children and 2 citizen women, who were killed in the massacres in the Eastern Ghouta in Douma, Hamouriyah, Beit Sawa and Arbin, including 4 citizens who were killed in artillery shelling on the Eastern Ghouta, while the SOHR monitored on Tuesday the death of  81 persons at leas including 19 children and 20 citizen women, who were killed in raids on Hamouriyah, Douma, Arbin, Zamalka, Kafr Batna, Harasta, Hazza, Mesraba, Madyara and Saqba, while the SOHR documented on the 5th of February 2018, the death of 31 citizens including 7 children and 4 citizen women, who were killed in Hamouriyah, Douma, Arbin, Hazza, Zamalka and Beit Sawa, in bombardment which targeted these areas including a woman was killed in artillery shelling.

Thus, the death toll has increased to 415 citizens including 105 children and 72 citizen women, who have been killed since the 29th of December 2017, as a result of targeting the Eastern Ghouta by hundreds of raids and hundreds of artillery and rocket strikes, and the casualties are 292 citizens including 84 children, 60 citizen women and a male nurse, they were killed in raids by the warplanes on areas in Harasta city controlled by the Islamic movement of Ahrar Al-Sham and raids on Madyara town as well as the cities of Saqba, Hamouriyah, Douma and Arbin, and 123 citizens including 21 children and 12 citizen women and 2 male nurses were killed by artillery and rocket shelling targeted areas in Beit Sawa town, the cities of Harasta, Hamuriya, Douma and Arbin as well as the towns of Kafr Batna, Mesraba, Al-Nashabiyah, Otaya and Jisrayn.
