9 IS militants killed in clashes in Ayn al- Arab “Kobani”

Reliable sources informed SOHR that violent clashes took place between YPG and IS in the area located between the outskirts of Moro neighborhood and al- Mohdathe School, where YPG could advance and seize new positions in the area, coincided with 4 air strikes carried out by US- led coalition warplanes on IS positions in the city Kobani. Other violent clashes took place on the outskirts of Sofyan neighborhood located in the east of al- Yarmuk School in the south of the city. The clashes resulted in death of 9 militants and a fighter from YPG.
