A casualty falls by sniper bullets in the north of Homs and shelling targets a village north of Hama

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a young man was killed in Al-Rastan city, after being shot by a sniper of the regime forces in the northern outskirts of the city.

Hama Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces shelled areas in Al-Zakah village in the northern countryside of Hama, and no information about injuries was reported.
