More casualties raise the death toll to 14 in IED explosions in the countryside of Idlib
Idlib province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: the human losses continue increasing in the countryside of Idlib due to bombing that targeted Hayaat Tahrir Al-sham in Ma’rat Masareen town located in the northern countryside of Idlib, where it rose to 9, the number of members of Hayata Tahrir Al-Sham who were killed and documented by the SOHR due to IED explosion that targeted Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham near police station, and the number of injured people are still in serious conditions, which may increase the death toll, which rose to 13. They are 12 fighters and a women citizen who were killed in the countryside of Idlib.
The SOHR published hours ago that a violent explosion rocked Maarrat Misrin town in the northern countryside of Idlib, caused by an explosion which targeted a post of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the explosion caused by an IED which targeted a group of members gathered at the post, which killed at least 8 members of them while others were injured with varying severity, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries, and information about the death of 2 other members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in this explosion.
In the same context, a booby trapped motorbike exploded, near Damascus – Aleppo Highway in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, which resulted in the death of 2 persons believed to be fighters, as well as a citizen woman accompanied them, and it also resulted in the fall of wounded, while another IED exploded this noon, in a vehicle belongs to rebel factions on Ariha – Al-Mastumah road south of Idlib, which resulted in the death of a local commander in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and a third IED also exploded on the road between Maar Shamarin and Maarrat Al-Nu’man in the eastern countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, while a landmine exploded in a vehicle on the road between Maarat Hermeh and Maar Zita, and no information was reported about injuries.
