More shells target several areas in the eastern suburbs of the capital Damascus and kill a person

Several explosions shook areas in the eastern suburbs of the capital Damascus, caused by the fall of shells on areas in Alassad Suburb near Harasta city, and other places in the suburb of al-Wafedin camp at the outskirts of the Eastern Ghouta, where the fall of shelled wounded people in both areas and killed one person in Alassad Suburb, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, raising to 93 including 13 children and 12 women, the number of those who were killed as result of the fall of shells and have been documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights since this escalation started on the 16th of November 2017, while it has increased to more than 488 persons who were injured in these daily targeting, including tens of children and citizen women, some of whom have seriously injured and have permanent disability, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored the continuation of the poor health condition of some of the injured people, which may raise the death toll, in which the shells have targeted since the 16th of November 2017, the areas of Al-Dwel’a, Al-Sawika, Al-Fahama Khalid bin al-Walid Street, and other areas in Old Damascus, as well as places in Al-Zablatany, Al-Qassaa, Bab Touma, Al-Mujtahed, al-Fayhaa, Al-Abasyeen, Al-Mayadeen, Seba’ Baharat, Aish Al-Warawar, Jermana, Dahyat Al-Assad, Teshereen Military Hospital and other places in the center of the capital, which caused material damage to the property of the citizens, buildings and shops in the places where these shells had fallen.
