The fighting rages between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement and its patch expands in the western countryside of Aleppo

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the violent clashes are continuing on areas in the western section of Aleppo countryside, between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, where the Syrian Observatory monitored that the violent clashes are concentrated in the areas of Taqad, Kafr Naha, Uwayjil, Jam’eyyat Al-Kahrabaa, the Regiment 111, and the eastern entrance of Darat Izza, in conjunction with shelling and exchange of targeting, in an attempt by each party to achieve advancement at the expense of the other, and information about human losses, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that it monitored the continuation of clashes but at a decreased pace between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, in the western sector of Aleppo, as a result of the erupt of clashes on Tuesday the 20th of February 2018, and the Syrian Observatory monitored Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham being able to take control of an important village near Urem Al-Kubra and Kafrnaha, while Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement took control of Batbu town, and the clashes between both parties have caused the injury of a woman from Aleppo city and the death of a civilian man in Kafrnaha town, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the after the increase of tensions and alerts between Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, the Syrian Observatory for Human Right monitored the eruption of clashes in the western countryside of Aleppo between both parties, where clashes are taking place in the areas of Ewijel, Kafrnaha and the outskirts of Urem al-Kubra town, and the clashes extended to the outskirts of Darat Azza town, amid targeting operations by medium and heavy weapons between both parties, which killed a civilian at Jam’eyyat al-Rahhal in Kafrnaha area, where each party is trying to advancement at the expense the other party, amid information about captives between both parties.

These clashes came in the wake of tension between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, which pushed the latter to unite with the Islamic Movement of Ahrar Al-Sham under the new name “Hayyaat Tahrir Syria”, and the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that this union aims to block any military action by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, after the tensions and alerts in areas of Tahrir al-Sham and the contact areas with Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, while the reasons of the tension back to the assassination of Abu Ayman Al-Masri the commanders of the global Al-Qaeda and the commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham.
