After killing more than 82 persons including 54 children and citizen women in the east of the Euphrates River… strikes by the International Coalition kill an Arab commander in the first rank of the organization

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: reliable sources asserted to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that an Arab commander in the first rank of the “Islamic State” organization, died after he had been injured in bombardment by warplanes belong to the International Coalition which targeted Hajin town controlled by the organization, at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River during the past 24 hours, in which its vicinity is witnessing violent clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition against the members of the “Islamic State” organization, in an attempt by the forces of “Al-Jazeera Storm” Operation to impose their control over the enter pocket remained for the organization, represented by Hajin, Abu al-Hassan, Sha’afah, and Al-Baghuz, on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River.
