Shelling leaves casualties and wounded in Jisr Al-Shughur and the factions target the regime forces in the mountains of Latakia

Latakia Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the rebel and Islamic factions targeted positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Latakia, and no information about casualties was reported yet.

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: several explosions were heard in Jisr Al-Shughur city in the western countryside of Idlib, caused by shelling by the regime forces on areas in the city, which resulted in the death of a man and the injury of others.
