More casualties in the aerial and missile bombardment on the Eastern Ghouta today, Sunday, raise the death toll to 14 half of them are children and women

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the aerial bombardment has been renewed this evening on the Eastern Ghouta, where the warplanes carried out 2 raids on places in the vicinity of al-Shifonyyah town, while the bodies of 5 casualties including a woman were recovered from under the rubble that was caused by bombing by warplanes on their house in al-Rihan village this afternoon, raising to 14 including 4 children and 3 women, the number of people who were killed in the Eastern Ghouta and documented by Syrian Observatory today as a result of the aerial and missile bombardment, and the casualties are 5 including a woman were killed in aerial bombardment on al-Rihan village, a child was killed in an aerial bombardment on al-Shifonyyah town, a woman and 2 of her children were killed in artillery shelling on Douma city, and 2 citizens were killed in shelling by warplanes on Saqba city, a citizen was killed in a raid on area in Beit Sawa town, and a woman was killed in artillery shelling by the regime forces on Hammuriyyeh city, a child was killed bombardment by a missile from a warplane on an area in al-Shifonyyah town, where the shelling caused suffocation among the citizens who were in the area, and there are no information yet about the reasons of suffocation suffered by the citizens, which killed a child, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.

Raising to 521 citizens at least including 131 children and 78 women, the number of the civilian casualties who have been killed since Sunday evening the 18th of February 2018, and the casualties are: 14 citizens including 4 children under the age of eighteen and 3 women were killed today, Sunday, in shelling by the regime forces and bombardment by warplanes on areas in Douma, al-Shifonyyah, Saqba, Beit Sawa, Hammuriyyeh and al-Rihan, and 42 citizens including 8 children under the age of eighteen, and 8 women were killed on Saturday by bombardment by warplanes on Harasta, Douma, Zamalka, Beit Sawa and Al-Shifonyyah, 43 citizens including 18 children and 4 women were killed on Friday, 73 citizens including 9 children and 8 citizen women who were killed on Thursday in bombardment by warplanes on areas in Mesraba and Aftries towns and Douma and Arbin cities, 86 citizens including 20 children and 12 women, were killed on Wednesday in bombardment by helicopters by explosive barrels on Kafr Batna town and airstrikes on Jesrin town and raids on Saqba, 133 citizens including 33 children and 17 women were killed on Tuesday, in the shelling on the areas of Nashabiyah, Otaya, Arbin, Zamalka Mesraba, Hamuriya, Saqba and Ash’ari, 127 citizens including 34 children and 23 women were killed on Monday, in the aerial and ground bombardment on Hamuriya, Beit Sawa and Saqba, Douma , Mesraba, Otaya, Nashabiyah, Zamalka, Aftries, KafrBatna, Al-Shifonyyah and Jesrin, 17 citizens including 5 children and 3 women were killed on the evening of Sunday.
