The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of military operations in the southeastern sector of the Eastern Ghouta, where the regime forces supported by the gunmen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities were able to achieve an important advancement and control Hosh al-Salhiyyeh town and Tallat Farzat, and they force Jaysh al-Islam to withdraw from the towns of Hazrma and al-Nashabiyah, also the Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces start sweeping the area which they managed to surround in the far southwest of the factions’ controlled areas in the Eastern Ghouta, and by that, the regime forces have expanded their controlled areas in the Eastern Ghouta, where the regime forces in less than 48 hours they were able to advance and control Hosh Al-Dawahra, Hosh al-Zriqa, Al-Shifonyyah, Otaya, Hosh al-Salhiya, Tallat Farzat and the towns of Nashabiyah and Hazrama, and the advancement took place under a cover of intense artillery and aerial bombardment, while the continuous clashes have left more casualties, and the Syrian Observatory had documented that it has increased to 64 at least including several officers and a local commander in the “Tiger’s” forces, the number of the members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them whose death has been documented by the Syrian Observatory until now during the clashes of the Eastern Ghouta, since the 25th of February 2018 until today, while it has increased to 43 fighters at least, the number of fighters of Jaysh Al-Islam who were killed and documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights during the clashes of the Eastern Ghouta.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of air and missile strikes on several areas in the Eastern Ghouta, where the shelling targeted areas in Ein Tarma, Hamouriyah, Mesraba, Zamalka, Douma and several other areas in the Eastern Ghouta, coincided with shelling on al-Marj area, but no information about casualties, while it rose to 18 at least including 3 children and a woman, the number of people who were killed today in the aerial bombardment on the Eastern Ghouta, they are 7 citizens including 2 children and a woman were killed in aerial bombardment on Douma city, and 4 others were killed in aerial bombardment on areas in Harasta, and one person was killed in aerial bombardment on Mesraba, and a girl was killed in the aerial bombardment on Beit Sawa, and 5 citizens were killed in al-Muhammadiyah town, raising to 654 citizens including 154 children and 94 women, who have been killed by the aerial, rocket and artillery shelling and bombardment by explosive barrels on the Eastern Ghouta, since Sunday evening the 18th of February 2018, among them there are 122 casualties including 27 children and 18 women were killed after the resolution of the UN Security Council, and the casualties are: 18 at least including 2 children and a woman were killed today in the aerial bombardment on Douma, Harasta, Mesraba, Beit Sawa and al-Muhammadiyah, 19 including 2 children and 3 women were killed yesterday, Friday, outside the time of the truce in Hamouriyah, Douma, Beit Sawa, Mesraba and Hazrama, 15 citizens including, a man and a child, a man and his wife and another woman citizens who were killed yesterday, Thursday, in aerial shelling on Al-Marj area, Kafr Batna and Hamouriyah, 9 citizens including a child and a member of the Civil Defense were killed in bombardment by warplanes on Beit Sawa, Harasta, Otaya and Douma outside the time of the truce, 7 citizens including 2 children and a woman who were killed yesterday Tuesday, in aerial and artillery shelling on Mesraba, Jesrin and Douma; and they are the people who were killed during the first 2 days of Putin’s “truce”, 34 citizens including 11 children and 7 women who were killed on Monday in the aerial and rocket shelling on Douma and Harasta and the area between Mesraba and Beit Sawa, 18 citizens including 5 children under the age of eighteen and 4 women were killed Sunday, in shelling by the regime forces and bombardment by warplanes on areas in Douma, al-Shifonyyah, Saqba, Beit Sawa, Hamouriyah and al-Rihan, and 53 citizens including 8 children and 9 women were killed on Saturday by bombardment by warplanes on Harasta, Douma, Zamalka, Beit Sawa and Al-Shifonyyah, 43 citizens including 18 children and 4 women were killed on Friday, 74 citizens including 9 children and 8 citizen women who were killed on Thursday in bombardment by warplanes on areas in Mesraba and Aftries towns and Douma and Arbin cities, 87 citizens including 21 children and 12 women, were killed on Wednesday in bombardment by helicopters by explosive barrels on Kafr Batna town and airstrikes on Jesrin town and raids on Saqba, 133 citizens including 33 children and 17 women were killed on Tuesday, in the shelling on the areas of Nashabiyah, Otaya, Arbin, Zamalka Mesraba, Hamouriyah, Saqba and Ash’ari, 127 citizens including 34 children and 23 women were killed on Monday, in the aerial and ground bombardment on Hamouriyah, Beit Sawa and Saqba, Douma , Mesraba, Otaya, Nashabiyah, Zamalka, Aftries, KafrBatna, Al-Shifonyyah and Jesrin, 17 citizens including 5 children and 3 women were killed on the evening of Sunday, while the aerial and artillery shelling resulted in the fall of hundreds of injuries, some of them are still in serious cases, which may raise the death toll.
