Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of the military operations and the regime forces’ attack towards the Vehicle Department, where the regime forces managed to achieve advancement into the area, within their ongoing attack to reach the Vehicle Department, as this advancement enables them to reach the Vehicle Department linked to the capital, and blocks the road between the northern section of the Eastern Ghouta which includes Douma, Harasta ad Al-Rihan Farms and the southern section of Ghouta, and the regime forces also managed to achieve advancement into the farms between Douma and Harasta which enabled them to separate the both cities from each other, through their advancement in large parts of the area between them, and to monitor the rest of the area by firearm, thus, the regime forces isolated Douma and Harasta from each other and at the same time isolated them from the Eastern Ghouta.
