Renewed targeting by shells on places in the capital Damascus
Damascus province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: sounds of explosion were heard in the center of the capital Damascus, resulted from the fall of shells on Al-Kasaa area and other areas nearby, causing material damage and no information about causalities.
The SOHR published hours ago that an explosion rocked Jaramana District in the vicinity of the capital Damascus, caused by the fall of a mortar shell on an area in the city, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while a citizen woman and her daughter were killed and other 5 citizens were injured, as a result of the fall of several rocket shells, on areas in the neighborhoods of al-Dwel’aa and Al-Shughur in the outskirts of the capital Damascus today noon, rising to 144 persons at least including 21 children and 21 citizen women, who were killed as a result of the fall of these shells, and the SOHR documented the injury of more than 778 persons who were injured in these daily targeting during 4 consecutive months, including tens of children and citizen women, some of whom have seriously injured and have permanent disability, and the SOHR also monitored the continuation of the poor health condition of some of the injured people, which may raise the death toll.
