23 members of the regime forces and their allies in the capital Damascus, tens of them were injured, lost and captured during the control of ISIS on most of al-Kadam neighborhood

Damascus Province, the Syrian Observatory for human rights: the Syrian Observatory monitored violent clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization, in areas in the southern section of the capital Damascus, after the continuation of attack by the “Islamic State” organization on the area, in an attempt to achieve more advancement in al-Kadam area, which was controlled by the regime forces after displacing hundreds of fighters and hundreds of their families and civilians from the neighbourhood to the north of Syria, and the organization was able to kill, captured and wound tens of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documenting the kill of at least 23 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, in addition to the injury, loss and capture of more than 45 other members; during the violent attack which is still going on, in an attempt by the organization to control the entire neighbourhood after it was able to control most of it.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 13th of March 2018 that the clashes are coincided with the departure of tens of buses carrying hundreds of fighters of the factions, their families and citizens who refused the agreement with the regime, who went out during the past 24 hours from al-Kadam neighborhood in the south of the capital within implementation of the terms of agreement with the regime forces, where it is expected that the buses will arrive in their destination in the Syrian North, and sources confirmed that a group of the buses will head to the controlled areas of the “Euphrates Shield”, while another group will head to areas in Idlib province, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Monday that the capital Damascus, is witnessing violent explosions caused by military operations in the southern part of it, after an attack by the “Islamic State” organization in al-Hajar al-Aswad neighbourhood and the outskirts of Yarmouk Camp, and on al-Kadam neighbourhood which has been witnessing since this morning preparations to transfer tens of the fighters of the factions operating in al-Kadam area south of Damascus; along with their families and those who wish to get out with them to the Syrian north, where they were supposed to be transferred within the next hours on buses that had arrived since morning to the outskirts of al-Kadam area, to head the their destination once the preparations and boarding on buses are completed, and the attack of the “Islamic State” organization was accompanied by raids by warplanes on al-Hajar al-Aswad area, amid violent clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who are present at the outskirts al-Hajar al-Aswad area; against members of the “Islamic State” organization, after which members of the organization advanced as a result of their surprise attack on the area, and the clash is accompanied by exchange of targeting on the clash areas between both parties, these violent clashes were accompanied by the fall of shells on places in al-Zahra area and other areas controlled by the regime in the vicinity of Yarmouk Camp, amid violent artillery and rocket shelling by the regime forces on areas controlled by the Organization, which caused the displacement of tens of families fearing the intense shelling on the area, and information about casualties in the shelling and clashes between both parties, where Yarmouk Camp witnessed weeks ago violent clashes between the “Islamic State” organization against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, during which the organization was able to advance, and tens of fighters of both parties were killed and wounded.
