The regime forces bring military reinforcements to Al-Kadam neighborhood after losing it completely for ISISand more casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them raise their number to 36

Damascus Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a rise in the number of casualties of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them during the attack of the “Islamic State” organization on Al-Kadam neighborhood in the southern sector of the capital Damascus, during which the organization managed to impose its full control over the neighborhood, where it has increased to 36 at least, the number of the members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them who were killed during the control of ISIS on Al-Kadam neighborhood which the regime forces controlled after displacing hundreds of fighters and hundreds of their families and citizens from the neighborhood to the Syrian North, while the number of casualties of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them is expected to increased due to the presence of more than other 45 injured and missing members, in the same context, the SOHR monitored the arrival of military reinforcement of the regime forces in the area, in order to regain the control of the neighborhood.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 13th of March 2018, that clashes took place in conjunction with the departure of tens of buses carrying hundreds of fighters of the factions, their families and citizens who refused the agreement with the regime, who went out from al-Kadam neighborhood in the south of the capital within implementation of the terms of agreement with the regime forces, and the capital Damascus witnessed violent explosions at that time, caused by military operations in the southern part of it, after an attack by the “Islamic State” organization in al-Hajar al-Aswad neighbourhood and the outskirts of Yarmouk Camp, and on al-Kadam neighbourhood, and the attack of the “Islamic State” organization was accompanied by raids by warplanes on al-Hajar al-Aswad area, where Yarmouk Camp witnessed weeks ago violent clashes between the “Islamic State” organization against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, during which the organization was able to advance, and tens of fighters of both parties were killed and wounded.
