Warplanes bomb the area of camp of the displaced people in Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside in the south of Idlib leaving tens of casualties and wounded

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: violent explosions rocked areas in the south-western countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man city, in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, caused by raids carried out by warplanes targeting the area of camp of the displaced people in the vicinity of Hass town, and the bombardment resulted in a massacre leaving tens of casualties and wounded, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 7 persons at least until now, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries, and the presence of missing people whose fate is not known until now, while successive strikes were carried out between the both parties, also areas in Bdama town in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur were shelled by the regime forces, and no information about injuries was reported.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented on the 9th of February 2018, the death of 14 persons including 4 people of one family, and they are: a man, his wife and their child in addition to another woman, another man and woman of a second family, a woman and a child of a family of displaced people from al-Lataminah, in addition to 2 women, in raids carried out by warplanes targeting areas in Hass town.
