Some IS militants infiltrate to the regime- held bank of the Euphrates river

 

Deir Ezzor Province: The regime forces shelled areas near the checkpoint of Ayyash and al- Sa’eqa military camp in the west of Deir Ezzor.  They also bombarded areas in the western villages of Deir Ezzor.

 

IS targeting the regime positions in the Brigade 137, while some militants could infiltrate this morning through the Euphrates river to the other bank of the river and reach to the regime- held area of al- Bghaleyyi, where violent clashes took place between the two parties, information reported withdrawal of IS militants  and casualties on both sides. The regime forces have prevented people of al- Bghaleyyi and al- Jorah neighborhoods to go out of the neighborhoods while IS prevented people to come in.

 

Violent clashes are still taking place between the regime forces supported NDF and IS in the vicinity of Ayyash town in the west of Deir Ezzor and near the Brigade 137, coincided with carrying out 10 raids by the regime warplanes targeting the clashes’ areas, areas in the town of Ayyash and Ayyash depots. Other violent clashes are taking between the same parties in al- Jafra village which is adjacent to the airbase of Deir Ezzor.  

 

The warplanes carried out a raid on the village of Sfiri Tahtani.
