Successive targeting by shells hits several areas in the capital Damascus and its vicinity and kills and injures 21 persons at least

Successive explosions rocked areas in the capital Damascus and its outskirts, where they have targeted Barzeh, the area of the Water Resources Crossing between Harasta and extension of the capital, Al-Thawrah Street, the area of Jisr Victoria, Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed Street, Al-Marjah, Al-Hamra Street, Al-Hamra area, Arnus Square, the vicinity of Jesr al-Ra’eis, Al-Shabandar Square, al-Mazra’a, al-Mujtahid and other places in the in the middle of the capital Damascus, by 20 shells since morning, this intensive targeting resulted in the fall of human losses, where 7 persons were killed 2 at least of whom killed in Barzeh and the rest killed in the middle of the capital, while about 15 others were injured with varying severity, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries, thus, it has increased to 194 including 25 children and 25 women, the number of those who were killed as result of fall of shells, and the SOHR documented more than 842 persons who were injured in the daily targeting in more than 4 consecutive months, including tens of children and women, and some of them are in serious conditions and suffer permanent disabilities, and the SOHR monitored the ongoing bad medical conditions of some injured, which may increase the death toll.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on Tuesday the death of 43 persons at least they are: 32 civilians including 8 children and women, in addition to 11 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, of who were killed as a result of the fall of shells on Kashkool area, and were documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, in the highest death toll in 5 years, and more than35 were injuries, some of them have seriously wounded.
