More than 120 thousand people left and became in the regime forces’ controlled areas in the Eastern Ghoutain 8 days, and the entry of the second batch of buses to Harasta starts in a preparation for displacing a new batch to the Syrian North

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the start of the entry of buses into Harasta city, preparing for bring out the fighters and citizens who refused the agreement between Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement and the regime forces and transfer them to the Syrian North, this entry of buses is coincided with the continuation of coming out hundreds of people from Douma city through Al-Wafideen Camp to the regime’s controlled areas, where the SOHR documented the displacement of more than 2450 persons since morning and until now, and Douma witnessed in the past 48 hours, the displacement of more than 8600 persons from it through Al-Wafideen Camp, thus, it has increased to more than 120 thousand people displaced and became in the regime’s controlled areas in the Eastern Ghouta since 8 days and until now.

In the same context, 3 persons were killed as a result of intensive shelling by warplanes after the midnight, which targeted Douma city controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam in the northern sector of the Eastern Ghouta, raising in turn to 1633, the number of the Syrian civilians whose death was documented by the Syrian Observatory in the Eastern Ghouta, including 327 children and 200 women, who have been killed since the 18th of February 2018, by the aerial, rocket and artillery shelling on the cities and towns of Douma, Harasta, Arbin, Zamalka, Hamouriyah, Jesrin, Kafr Batna, Hazza, Ash’ari, Nashabiyah, Aftries, Otaya, Al-Shifonyyah, Al-Marj area, Mesraba, Madyara, Beit Sawa, and other areas in the besieged Ghouta of Damascus, resulted in the injury of more than 5400 citizens including hundreds of children and citizen women with varying severity, some of them have permanent disabilities, while the bodies of tens of citizens are still under the rubble of destruction caused by the aerial, rocket and artillery shelling by the regime forces on the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, and the total death toll documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, includes 1101 casualties including 186 children and 117 women who were killed and documented by the SOHR after the resolution of the UNSC, which failed again to stop the killing of the people of the Eastern Ghouta, and the shelling resulted in the fall of hundreds of wounded, where the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that it monitored the arrival of the first batch of the displaced people of Harasta in Qalaat al-Madiq in the north-western countryside of Hama before this dawn, ad in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory; more than 1900 persons they are 400 fighters and hundreds of citizens of their families and of those refused the agreement of Ahrar Al-Sham with the regime including 1040 children and citizen women at least, have arrived by buses and ambulances in Qalaat al-Madiq, while completing the departure of the convoy from Qalaat al-Madiq is taking place now to its final destination in the Syrian North, the SOHR also learned that a man of the displaced people died affected by the injury he had in a previous shelling, where he died before the buses arrived Qalaat al-Madiq, and these buses launched from Harasta after completing the decided batch yesterday the 22nd of March 2018, amid anticipations for the departure of other batches today and tomorrow, as a pert of completing the implementation of the agreement with Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement which controls Harasta city.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that it obtained information from a number of reliable sources, about the developments of the agreement which is being applied today the 22nd of March 2018, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the agreement of Harasta city, which was dealt and took place in the office of the Brigadier Jamil Hassan, the chief of the air Force intelligence Directorate in Syria, who is known as a slaughterer of the regime’s detention centers in Syria, and the sources confirmed to the SOHR that the agreement took place under Russian supervision, and the parties of the negotiations were representatives of Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement and representatives the Iranians and the Lebanese Hezbollah, and the sources attributed the reason for the presence of the Iranians and Hezbollah, to the presence of captives of them at the prisons of Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement and the presence of captives of the latter at the prisons of the former, where Harasta Agreement that is being implemented today the 22nd of March 2018, was reached after long negotiations between the both parties.
